The House of Representatives member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1 and Chairman, House Committee on Information, National Orientation, Ethics and Values, Hon. Olusola Fatoba has commended Ekiti state Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji for organizing a befitting Chieftaincy event in honour of a former House of Representatives member and present Chairman of Government Advisory Council, Lagos state, Prince Tajudeen Oluyole Olusi.
The lawmaker while speaking with Journalists during the event at the Ewi’s Palace in Ado-Ekiti expressed delight on the elaborate Chieftaincy ceremony, hosted by the state governor in honour of the revered politician.
Hon. Fatoba noted that Governor Oyebanji is a special specie and a blessing to Ekiti State in so many ways.
He added that binging the seat of Lagos State Government to Ado-Ekiti to celebrate Prince Olusi’s Chieftaincy tittle was a pointer to the cordial relationship that exists between the two States.
According to him, Ekiti people are behind the working Governor for second term in office to ensure the overall growth of the State.
Also, the Reps member appreciated the Ewi of Ado-Ekiti, Oba Adeyemo Adejugbe Aladesanmi lll for deeming it fit to honour Prince Olusi, one of the best in the Country who has contributed in no small measure to the development of Nigeria and Lagos State in Particular.
The lawmaker described the Royal Father as the father of all for always bringing good tidings to Ado Kingdom, saying Ewi’s wisdom to be celebrating the elderly ones is unique.
He pointed out that Ado Sons and Daughters home and abroad are very proud of Oba Adejugbe who is a symbol of peace, progress and unity.
The Reps member rejoiced and congratulated the Lagos born Prince on his installation as Atobatele of Ado-Ekiti, his maternal root. Wishing Chief Olusi more years of fulfillment.
