The Country President of The World Peace Organization (WPO) in Nigeria, Ambassador Prof Olumuyiwa Babalola has reiterated the Organization’s commitment to honor the deserved in Nigeria.
He made the assertion during a brief meeting with some press men and the World Publication Director of the Organization, Barrister Robinson Akpua, a Nigerian former Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Liberty Party (NDLP) in Abuja recently.
The World Peace Organization that recently supported United Nations Resolution Demanding Russia End Invasion on Ukraine is a specialised Intergovernmental Organization responsible for International Peace that deals with the global rules of Peace between Nations. It’s main function is to ensure that global peace flows and is achievable.
Olumuyiwa said that the Nigeria eminent sons and daughters who have left an indelible mark in the area of peace building in their respective States and careers will be honored during May period.
The award of honour in collaboration with international societies in the world will also seek to highlight so many good things going on in Nigeria aside the security challenges.
The awardees will be carefully selected based on the criteria set by the selection group of the World Peace Organization throughout the country.
