With God, the task of governing Ekiti ‘ll be easy, says Oyebanji

Madam Adebayo’s 90th Birthday

Ekiti State Governor-elect, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, has committed the incoming administration unto God’s hands, saying with God on his side, he would make a success of the assignment.

Oyebanji, in his brief remarks at the 90th birthday thanksgiving service of Mrs Rachel Abiye Adebayo, mother of Lagos Lawyer, Tope Adebayo, in Igbara-Odo Ekiti on Sunday, reassured Ekiti people of the state that his administration would perform up to expectation.

The Governor-elect sought God’s wisdom and direction in the appointment of those that will work with him in his administration.

“I’m not unaware that there are huge tasks ahead as we prepare to embark on this assignment but with God it shall be easy. With support of people of goodwill and patriotic citizens, our administration will perform up to expectation.

“My prayer everyday is that God should give me the wisdom and direction in the appointment of those that will work with me, so that the process will be seamless”

Oyebanji congratulated Madam Adebayo on her 90th birthday and prayed that God Almighty would grant her more fruitful years to celebrate on earth. He also congratulated the celebrator for the gift of good and promising children who are doing great in various fields of endeavour.

Reacting on behalf of the children of the nonagenarian, prominent Lagos lawyer, Barr. Tope Adebayo, expressed his gratitude to the Governor-elect, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, the Minister of State for Transport, Hon. Demola Adegoroye, the Arajaka of Igbara-Odo, Oba Edward Jayeoba and other dignitaries present, for the honour done his mother and for all the beautiful tributes in her honour.
