A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress,APC, in Ekiti State, Engineer Ayodeji Abe has expressed optimism that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu would coast to victory when the results of the presidential contest is declared.

Ayodejj who expressed this at Ire-Ekiti,in Oye local government of Ekiti State, said other contestants for the National Assembly would also emege victorious at the polls. He adjudged the exercise hitchfree, pointing out that people have begun to understand the game, describing the turnout as fine based on what he observed. “I think Ire Ekiti has been able to achieve between 42% and 45% of the voters turn out.
He believed that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu will emerge as the President , and Mr. Cyril Fasuyi for the Ekiti North in the Senate and Akin Omo Akin for the House of Representatives.
Comparing this with previous elections,the Civil engineer said the BVAS worked better than the last governoship election in Ekiti State. Moreover,that he did not notice anything called vote buying.
“People actually came out to perform their basic responsibility without been coerced or begged. This is a general election”. He commended how people were able to conduct themselves peacefully.
