Honorable Commissioner for Environment, Erelu Tosin Aluko Ajisafe, led a delegation including the Director General of Waste Management, Technical Adviser, Permanent Secretary, and the General Manager of Waste Management on a comprehensive visit to the Ilokun dump site. The primary objective was to ensure thorough clearing of the site in preparation for the upcoming rainy season.
The team also conducted an inspection of the recycling facilities center to gauge progress and readiness for transforming waste into wealth. The dedication demonstrated by Honorable Commissioner Aluko Ajisafe and the collaborative efforts of the entire team deserve commendation.
