Oyebanji Mourns Former Minister, Ayo Ogunlade

 

Ekiti State Governor-Elect, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, has expressed condolences on the passing of a two-time minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Ayodele Ogunlade, who died on Monday.

Oyebanji said, “ it is with immense sadness that I received the news of the passing of our highly reverred Chief Ayodele Ogunlade, former Minister of Information and later Minister of National Planing.

The Governor-elect described the death as a departure of a patriot whose life of service and humility was widely acknowledged.

While praying to God to give the family of the deceased the fortitude to bear the loss, the Governor-Elect commiserate with Governor Fayemi and people of Ekiti on the passing of the Ilupeju Ekiti born foremost broadcaster.
