Just few hours ago, report has it that the GOC 1 Division Nigerian Army Maj Gen Taoreed Lagbaja accompanied by a team of operational commanders and operatives have rescued three kidnap victims in Birnin Gwari while on an Operational inspection tour in Kaduna.
