The trial of civil actions in the High Courts across Ekiti State shall be discontinued from Monday, 11th day of April, 2022.
This was contain in a statement made available to the heritagenewsng from the office of the Ekiti State Chief Judge, Justice John Adeyeye.
According to the release, the discontinuation notice is under Order 45 Rule 4 (B) of the Ekiti State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rule, 2020 tagged Easter Recess.
The statement further indicated that, resumption for normal court activities shall commence from Monday, 25th April, 2022.
