The member of House of Representatives representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1, Hon. Fatoba Olusola Steve has won his polling unit for APC governorship candidate, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji.
The result from his polling booth, Unit 16 shows that APC leads with 62 votes while SDP came second with 47 votes.
The People’s Democratic Party scores 20 votes.
The lawmaker after casting his vote in the morning described the election as credible devoid of any form of violence.
Hon. Fatoba commended the INEC officials and security agencies for ensuring an hitch-free exercise.
He however expressed optimism that his party, APC would coast to victory.
