Barr. Abraham Olugbenga Ojo Congratulates Governor Oyebanji on Induction into EKSU Hall of Fame
Ilogbo-Ekiti–born, United Kingdom–based lawyer and All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Barrister Gbenga Ojo, has congratulated the Governor of Ekiti State, His Excellency Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, on his induction into the Ekiti State University (EKSU) Alumni Hall of Fame.
In a personally signed statement released to the media, Barrister Ojo described Governor Oyebanji as an excellent leader who truly deserves the honour, noting his unwavering commitment to education and his immense contributions to the growth and development of his alma mater.
According to Barr. Ojo, Governor Oyebanji’s induction into the EKSU Alumni Hall of Fame is both expected and symbolic, as he is the first alumnus of the university to become the state’s governor.
“The recognition underscores the governor’s uncommon dedication and support to the progress of the institution, as well as his impressive record of service to Ekiti State,” Barr. Ojo stated.
He further described Governor Oyebanji as a shining example of the quality of leaders nurtured by the prestigious Ekiti State University, adding that his performance in office reflects his deep passion for development and his continued connection to his roots.
“Governor Oyebanji’s outstanding achievements in governance and his commitment to the advancement of EKSU demonstrate his belief in continuity and sustainable leadership for the service of Ekiti people, now and beyond 2030,” he added.
Barrister Ojo also urged members of the EKSU Alumni Association and the people of Ekiti State at large to continue supporting Governor Oyebanji’s administration as he raises the bar of good governance across the state.
