Sixty years ago, a personality was born to the family of the Aluko’s of Iyin Ekiti kingdom little did the parents know he will grow to be a shining star not only in the family but across the globe.
The name Temitope Olaiya Kolawole Aluko surely rings a bell in Ekiti and abroad and like the Biblical joseph has many attributes that distinguished him from his peers.
To say he is a diligent man will be an understatement, he has had a hand a hand in every pie talk of business, politics and societal developments. He is an icon and a father figure in his society and it did not come as a surprise when he called by his kinsmen to come and take the mantle of authority in his family when he became the ‘Ejemu’ of Iyin kingdom a traditional title that befits a man who has seen and conquered all.
On the 10th of May 2025 Chief Tope Kolawole Aluko clocked 60 years and the birthday celebration shook the entire state capital just like the coronation which happened some days earlier, the AB foundation hall was filled to its capacity even some people had to make do with space under the canopies outside the hall.
Guest were treated to a sumptious feast while the celebrant was going from one table to another as he exchanged pleasantries with dignitaries at the event.
TKO has surely made acquintances from all walks of life as evident from the personalities that attended the fabulous birthday bash. Traditional rulers, political associates, friends, families and well wishers will surely remember the all white party for a long time.
As Chief Temitope Aluko rightly said in his words: i owe everything to the creator of the universe and my coming far in this life is by divine arrangement”
And of course, only very priviledged few can boldly testify to the goodness of God in their life. TKO is not only lucky but also a determined to make a name for himself and succeed where others hav failed.
Congratulations to the man of the moment once again and a very hearty birthday to him.
