..Barr. Falade Warns, Says Case Still Pending In Court

A legal luminary, Barr.Olakanmi Samuel Falade has warned against painting or false allegation against his client pending determination of the case which still pending in court.
He threatened that this could lead to defamation or slander charges against such parties, or sponsors if they do not stop flying false allegation against his client.
A particular online media, Osun.life had carried the story in a way that the lawyer believed was sponsored to tarnish, to dent or defame his clients, despite the fact that the case is still pending in court.
In a rejoinder signed by Barr. Falade and made available to the heritagenewsng, he warned that, “The matter is in court, parties are to maintain status quo until judgmentis given painting our Client guilty before the entire public is wrong”.
Falade explained further that, “the incident that happened was that the complainant came to the an eatery to buy food and his car was burgled outside, when the cctv was viewed it showed it was two bikers that committed the offence.”
He went further, “So alleging the manager of the eatery and other staff is mere suspicion, morealso the court granted bail, to them and the case was fixed 10th Jan 4 hearing.
“We are currently aware of a false allegation peddled against us by Osun.life accusing our staff of breaking into a customers car to steal the money the customer just withdrew from the bank.
“The allegation is complete false. A clip from our outdoor CCTV shows how the culprits who must have followed him from the bank broke into his car to steal the money while parked in our parking lot. The customer came to our eatery to have his meal.
“They ceased the opportunity while he was eating to perpetrate the crime. We want you to know that we do not have a hand or know anything about the incident. Our Customers remain cherished and loved.”
He warned that further damaging stories against his clients before the determination of the case by the competent court could lead to charges against such defaulters henceforth.
