ODF Urges Christians, Muslims To Unite, Pray For Nigeria

By Francis Adewumi

The Founder of Opeyemi David Falegan Foundation, Hon. Opeyemi David Falegan has urged Christians and Muslim faithfuls to unite and pray for the Country as they observe the Lenten and Ramadan periods.

Falegan made the call, through his media Aide, Comrade Adewumi Francis, emphasizing the need to use this sacred period as an opportunity for spiritual upliftment and renewal.

The Founder encouraged everyone to reflect on their mortality, sinfulness, need for repentance, and to engage in acts of charity, kindness, forgiveness, and compassion.

Falegan also prayed that the promises in the holy books should guide everyone through this season, leading to a refreshed and renewed life thereafter.

He noted that it is neither coincidence nor mistake that both religions are observing the holy period, known as a period of penitents and forgiveness almost the same time.
