Honorable Shola Olaleye Sends Good Wishes to Christians for Lent
A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), in Ekiti State, Honorable Shola Olaleye, has extended warm greetings to Christians across Nigeria as they commence the Lenten season.
In a statement released today, Olaleye who hails from Ayetoro-Ekiti expressed his hope that this period of reflection and self-sacrifice will bring peace, unity, and renewal to the nation while urging Christians in Ekiti State to Pray for Governor Oyebanji’s Led Administration Continual Success in Ekiti State
“As we embark on this journey of spiritual renewal, let us also remember the less fortunate among us and extend a helping hand,” Olaleye said. “May this Lent be a time of introspection, forgiveness, and love for all.”
The Lenten season, which begins on Ash Wednesday and ends on Easter Sunday, is a time of fasting, prayer, and repentance for Christians.
