Do you know Rosemary leaf are very good in promoting sleep, improves blood flow, treat inflammation and very good in addressing hormonal balance.

Procedure:
Add one tsp of dried Rosemary leaf or 2 sticks of fresh Rosemary into your boiling water.

This is Dried rosemary leaves

Allow to boil for 3 to 5mins. Once cool , strain and drink.

You can add ginger and clove to spice it up.

Do at least three times a week for one month to get better result.
