Health Tips: For S T R O K E

1. Get plenty vegetables called “worowo” or ‘rorowo’ or “gbologi” in yoruba, grind it very well and mix with local soap, use it to bath d person twice daily.
2. Oyin Igan ojuda ( original honey), grind white onion and soak it with d honey. Give d person 4tbsp, thrice daily.
Note : This two remedies are small but mighty, I won’t say anything, just try it and let’s hear from u.
Make sure you do d two together.
If you can’t recognize the vegetable, look for any Yoruba lady around you to inquire about a vegetable called ‘worowo’.
Worowo vegetable is noted for its sweet smell. It smells nice and very sweet when used to prepare soup.
