Founder, Cavista Holdings and Chairman of CCA, John Olajide Receives President Duma Beko of Botswana
John Olajide, Chairman of the Corporate Council on Africa, recently had the honor of welcoming His Excellency Duma Boko, President of the Republic of Botswana, to the CCA offices.
The meeting, which included CCA’s President and CEO Florie Liser and staff, was an exciting opportunity for President Boko to share his vision for Botswana and its potential for more U.S. investment in his country.
As the founder of Cavista Holdings, John Olajide has a personal connection to Botswana, with a growing Cavista Technologies office in Gaborone.
He was impressed by the country’s young workforce, describing them as “enthusiastic and intelligent” – a promising sign for Botswana’s future.
As a friend of the country and its people, Olajide looks forward to building a strong friendship with President Boko and his administration to help Botswana prosper. With the CCA’s annual U.S.-Africa Business Summit approaching in June, Olajide encourages those interested in African business opportunities to join the Corporate Council on Africa and attend the upcoming business summit in Angola.
