Management of Ekiti United FC has joined dozens of individuals and groups felicitating
the club secretary, Ayodeji Olowolafe on his emergence as a congressman of the State Football Association.
In a statement signed by the Team Manager EUfc, Adedeji Adu said the feat achieved by Ekiti United last season through a dint of hardwork and sacrifices championed by Olowolafe was enough reasons for the latest recognition accorded the club secretary.
EUfc Management while praying for more successes in the coming season urged Ayodeji Olowolafe not to be distracted by any form of antagonism and to be wary of pretentious allies and friends who may hail him in his presence but nail him behind.
Ekiti United Management also congratulated other persons who appointed by the Ekiti FA including Adekanye Mojisola
(Female Football representative) and
Raji Adewale
(State Football League representative)
Speaking to EUfc Media, Ayodeji Olowolafe said the recognition was a call to serve and an evidence that the FA actually recognized the efforts towards writing the name of Ekiti in gold nationwide.
He promised to keep doing his best at uplifting the state of football and improving its ecosystem in the state.
Olowolafe who urged the football fraternity in the state to unite with a view to ensuring rapid development of the game in the state noted that the Football Association could not achieve anything in isolation.
He also expressed optimism that a better synergy will come to play between Ekiti United FC and Ekiti FA next football season.
