The Executive Director of Finance, Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority, Mr Adegboyega Bamisile has made an assurance that Ekiti state would benefit more from the agency under its new leadership.
The BORBDA member gave this assurance during a courtesy visit by the agency to the palace of Ewi of Ado-Ekiti on Monday.
The agency had embarked on tour of states under its jurisdiction with a view of seeking collaboration with government of respective states in realization of its aims and objectives.
Mr. Bamisile who represents Ekiti state in the agency promised that he would do everything in his capacity to ensure that the state benefits its programmes.
After its visit to Ewi’s palace, the BORBDA members paid a familiarization visit to the state Governor, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji where the comprehensive development blue print of the agency was unveiled to the Governor.
The BORBDA members are, Mr Femi Adekanbi, Managing Director( Ondo) Dr. Austin Izagbo, Executive Director Planning and Design(Delta), Mr Johnson Oghuma, Executive Director, Agric Services(Edo), Mr Adegboyega Bamisile, Executive Director Finance(Ekiti) and Mr Bayode Akinduro, Executive Director Engineering( Ondo).
