Ekiti 2022: APC leader, Olaleye Rallies Igbo Traders For Oyebanji

As the June 18 governorship election in Ekiti state is 11 days away, an APC leader from ward 12, Ado-Ekiti local government, Hon. Sunday Olaleye has rallied round Igbo men and women trading at post office, Bisi market in Ado-Ekiti for APC governorship candidate, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji(BAO).

Olaleye in his welcome address to the igbo traders showed his appreciation to them for converging in support of BAO.

He pleaded with the igbo traders to give their votes and support to the APC governorship candidate come June 18.

He stated further by assuring them that if BAO emerged as governor they would be giving a sense of belonging and well catered for.

“My good people, I bring before you this afternoon good tidings. And the good tidings is Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji(BAO).

Some of you may not have seen him but heared about his name. I will not take much of your time giving a biography about this good son of the soil who has used the opportunity given to him by God to better the life of people. This is a man that has contributed alot towards the progress of this state. What I want his your total support for him”

The APC leader promised that the candidate would never disappoint if given the support.

The leader of Igbo traders in Bisi Market, Mr Okechukwu Joshua on behalf of his people pledged their full support to BAO.

He however called on the APC candidate not to renege on his promise to them.

Also the Ado Central LCDA Chairman, Engr. Toyin Ojo who was part of invited guest at the meeting commended the convener, Hon. Sunday Olaleye for his selfless service to the party and efforts to ensure total victory for BAO come June 18.

He also commended the igbo traders for their readiness to work for BAO’s victory.

The chairman assured them that their effort would never be in vain.

He equally pleaded with them to cast their votes for Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji on June 18.

Important dignitaries at the meeting include, Alhaji Dauda Lawal(ADL), Mr Hakeem Lawal, Mr Toyin Ogunmiloyo and other APC leaders.
