In a powerful display of loyalty and unity, political appointees and key stakeholders from Igede-Ekiti have declared their firm endorsement of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO) for a second term in office. The announcement was made during their monthly meeting, which was held earlier today in Igede-Ekiti.
The stakeholders pledged total support for the continuation of the BAO-led administration, lauding the governor’s developmental strides, people-centered governance, and commitment to inclusive prosperity across Ekiti State.
In a statement released after the meeting, the group emphasized their alignment with the goals of the “Prosperity 2026” campaign, which encapsulates the vision for sustained growth and transformative development in Ekiti State under BAO’s leadership.
To formally celebrate and solidify this endorsement, a grand event has been scheduled for June 19, 2025, to be held in Igede-Ekiti. The gathering will bring together party members, grassroots mobilizers, community leaders, and supporters from across the region.
