All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain and Former Deputy Speaker of Ekiti state Rt. Hon. Taiwo Olatunbosun has lambasted the Political Adviser to the President, Sen. Babafemi Ojudu over his criticism again Governor Kayode Fayemi.
Olatubosun who thunglashed Ojudu in a statement he personally posted on his Facebook wall on Friday, cautioned the Ado Ekiti born journalist turned politician over his persistent criticism against Fayemi, and advised him to m.j end his ways
This statement reads:” I will be surprised if Senator Ojudu isn’t playing his usual spoiler role against JKF as he has done to others before him in what looks like a calculated serial film scripts featuring him as fault finder despite his own failures and inadequacies either as a senator and in his capacity as the political adviser to the President.
“I had expected you to use the influence of your present position to complete the abandoned Ureje constituency project you initiated and collected money for when you were in the Senate to show you love Ado, your place of birth very well. The project is now an eyesore with overgrown weeds!
“Pls sir, it will be more honorable for you for the first time to be silent, even if you can’t sing his praises, rather than pretending not to see the good work and outstanding performances of Governor Fayemi across Ekiti State.
“More shameful, is the fact that the Governor has attended to the spot of the road you mischievously trend to disparage the government before you open your media jibes.
“if you can’t see what Dr Fayemi is doing across Ekiti then I challenge you as an Ekiti person and more so you are from Ado Ekiti to make public any successful project you have used your position to attract to Ado Ekiti or any part of Ekiti as the Adviser to the President.
“Uncle please no abuse o, just tell us and I will proudly tell you for the records, despite the economic challenges, what JKF has done that stands him out as someone, friend, compatriot and leader you should respect even if you can’t praise him.
“Pls note this also, that no government can perfectly construct all roads in one swoop like you seem to be talking about all Ado roads.
“Politics aside, I think Dr. Fayemi is supposed to be your friend who you should have a better channel of communication with other than deliberately disparaging him on the social media. You should change your style of destroying others in other to score cheap political points.
“I also wish to remind you that you would never have become a Senator without the support of your friend, Fayemi whom you are now trying to run down. Think about this and mend your ways. Posterity is there for all of us”. Olatunbosun added.
