Prominent community figure, Sikiru Ayilara, on Friday marked his birthday with heartfelt gratitude to God, describing the celebration as a testament to divine mercy and preservation.
Ayilara, who is widely respected for his humility and devotion to faith, expressed profound appreciation for witnessing another year of life.
“Celebrating another year of my existence is not something I take lightly,” he said. “Thank you, Lord, for keeping me safe. It can only be You, Lord.”
Reflecting on the journey so far, Ayilara noted that the past year came with its own challenges and victories, but through it all, he remained sustained by grace.
“Life is a gift, and every new age is a reminder that God is not done with me yet,” he stated. “I am grateful for His protection, His guidance, and His unfailing love.”
