The governorship candidate of the Accord Party in Ekiti State, Opeyemi David Falegan, has pledged strong support for youth-focused opportunities, announcing that the upcoming Royal Air Force Commonwealth recruitment exercise is scheduled for July.

Falegan, in a statement addressed to youths and residents of the state, described the recruitment initiative as a valuable pathway for career advancement and international exposure.

He assured that an Accord Party-led administration would actively support such opportunities to expand prospects for young people in Ekiti.

The candidate called on voters, particularly the youth, to support his ambition in the June 20, 2026 governorship election, stressing that collective participation would pave the way for meaningful development.

“I am committed to supporting this initiative and I expect your active participation in the June 20 gubernatorial election to make me Ekiti Governor,” he said.

Falegan emphasized the importance of building a strong partnership between leadership and the younger generation, noting that trust and cooperation would be central to achieving sustainable progress.

“I am eager to collaborate with the youth and assure them that their efforts will yield positive outcomes. Mutual trust and support will be the cornerstone of our partnership,” he added.

The statement underscores the Accord Party candidate’s focus on youth empowerment as campaigns gather momentum ahead of the Ekiti governorship election.
