Houseboy In Ekiti State Governor’s Office !!!!!!
According to my dearest Egbon and Distinguished Senator Babafemi Ojudu
in a statement sometimes ago, he said and I quote, “But we don’t want somebody who is a stranger or a houseboy in our party to be imposed as Governor.” – OJUDU
Who’s a House Boy? A houseboy is referred to as a typically male domestic worker or personal assistant, who performed cleaning and other forms of personal chores.
I have personally interviewed some men about their houseboys. Majority said their house boys are; Special Adviser, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, and in some families, you can hardly differentiate between houseboy and immediate children of the family.
And again, a house boy knows every nook and cranny of the house. They know the movement of their masters. Some houseboys are dullard and lazy, while some are very brilliant and hardworking.
Let us go to Ekiti State politics. I totally agree with Senator OJUDU, that we don’t need just a houseboy as Governor in the state.
*Unless the houseboy has a POLITICAL STRONG & EXPERIENCE like Abiodun Oyebanji. His Political experience since 1999 till date is superb. He is the Chief of Staff to Otunba Niyi Adebayo and held other positions, before the end of Otunba Niyi Adebayo’s administration ended as the First Executive Governor of the state. He later served during the first term of Dr. Kayode Fayemi and now as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), during this 2nd term of Dr. Fayemi. He has a political will to make things workable and favorable.
*Unless the houseboy is BRILLIANT and INTELLIGENT like Abiodun Oyebanji.
He talks less. He’s a good listener and his excellent academic career is unquestionable.
He’s very fluent and eloquent, as his experience in academic environment makes him “stand out”.
*Unless the houseboy is HOMELY like Abiodun Oyebanji. He knows every nook and cranny of the state, He is very familiar with our traditional institution. He has also built solid relationships with party leaders and members since 1999. AO+ enjoy being around his people. He has comfortable manners with everyone. He is never a stranger, but HOME BOY.
*Unless the houseboy has a SUPERB STREET CREDIBILITY like Abiodun Oyebanji. The young and old the love him. He mixes with party members across the state and builds people. He paid hospital bill of the old and the young, as well as the school fees of some Ekiti students. He cares for the less-privileged and empowers businessmen and women in the state.
*Unless the houseboy is LOYAL, RELIABLE and TRUSTED like Abiodun Oyebanji. His loyalty has paved ways for him to get credible positions. He has been tested in little ways and did well, which has earned him greater position. He can be a trusted leader in 2022 and beyond.
With my submission above, I believe that we need POLITICALLY STRONG & EXPERIENCED, BRILLIANT & INTELLIGENT, HOMELY, SUPERB STREET CREDIBILITY, LOYAL,RELIABLE and TRUSTED Houseboy in Ekiti State Governor’s office in 2022.
