A large portion of Ilawe -Ado road at the Ilawe end of the road has collapsed making it outrightly impossible for vehicles to ply Ilawe- Ado – route for now.
The Alawe of Ilawe,HRM Oba Adebanji Ajibade Alabi, AFUNTADE 1, has made on the spot assessment to the area. With him were the Permanent Secretary, Ekiti State Ministry of works, Mr Komolafe, officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps and some government officials.Observers believe that the area witnessed a landslide as result of water from nearby rocks that had penetrated the underground coupled with heavy vehicular traffic in the area in recent times.
