The chance of the All Progressives Congress in winning the upcoming governorship election in Ekiti state received a moral boost today at Ado APC ward 11 meeting as scores of SDP and PDP members decamped to the party through the concerted effort of Mr Jimoh Rasheed Kolawole(JRK).
Receiving the decampees, the ward Chairman, Mr Adegoke Oba expressed his delight over the latest development and commended Mr Rasheed for working towards the progress of the party in ward 11.
The Executive Chairman of Ado West LCDA, Hon. Taiwo Adeyemi Alagba who was part of the leaders that received the decampees commended them for taking the right step at the right time and assured them of better treatment in the party.
The decampees in their words expressed their readiness to work for the party’s candidate’s victory, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji come June 18.
Mr Jimoh Rasheed Kolawole(JRK) in his own word pledged to bring more members from the opposition parties to the progressive fold.
