“Your Emergence As APC Leader, Deserving”- Sen. Raji-Rasaki to Oguntuase

Following the emergence of Chief Remi Oguntuase the leader of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Ado Ekiti Chapter, former Lagos State First Lady, Senator Fatimat Raji-Rasaki has congratulated him, describing his emergence as “deserving”

This congratulatory letter which was issued and personally signed by Sen. Rasaki in Abuja on Wednesday said Oguntuase is known for his patriotism, hardwork and contributions towards the growth of our dear party, APC through substantial grassroots engagement which has been fruitful over the years.

Specifically, Sen. Rasaki, who noted that Oguntuase’s emergence as the leader of the APC, Ado Ekiti Local Government Chapter was well deserved, said the entrepreneur cum politician of note is a pride to Ekiti State particularly the aspiring politicians of the nation.

The former Lagos State First Lady and Legislator submitted that Oguntuase’s spirits of resilience and determination to succeed amidst challenges earned him the prestigious position, urging him not to relent in his sterling contribution to nation building.

Sen. Rasaki urged the new leadership to operate with the goal of bringing all parties together for the good of the APC in Ado and also across the State,  “It is only by working together that we can achieve the goals we have set out for ourselves. This new era under Chief Oguntuase must eschew discrimination and division which will serve no purpose but to hinder progress and create conflict.

“I urge you to lead by example, and to promote a culture of unity and cooperation within the party. This is the only way to ensure a bright future for us all and put Ado Ekiti local government in a strategic position  of polity and progress. She advised.

While pledging her unalloyed partnership and support with the new leader in Ado APC, Sen. Rasaki commended Chief Oguntuase for his unwavering commitment to the government of the day and urged him to put in more effort in sustaining the tempo of good governance across board.
