This writer was away, out of the country in search of greener pasture, his first child, Precious Oluwatamilore Sodeinde was down with a chronic eye problem , which the oculists said will require 3million naira for a surgical operation before she could see again.
After my bid to raise the money had failed, this writer put it up on social media calling for help, and mother-general, Abiyamo Aboja gbooro, gbooro, the wife of Ekiti State Governor, Erelu Bisi Fayemi rose up to the challenge and paid up the 3million for the operation at Afe Babalola University Teaching hospital in December 2020.
And after the successful operation then, Precious Oluwatamilore Sodeinde could see, and in early 2021 when there was a complication, this angelic kind -hearted first lady never stopped to support her medications, this is rare and uncommon.
Apparently elated, and in appreciation of this uncommon favour and gesture from Governor Fayemi’s wife, some members of her parents’ church, family members and friends vowed to show their gratitude by supporting Governor Fayemi’s Administration and Vote APC in any and every election in the state because of this single act of kindness displayed by Erelu Bisi Fayemi.
