Who Is Owolewa Taiwo…???
A native of Ekiti state, Owolewa Taiwo is a former Student Leader, he was also a former SUG PRO, former NANS PRO in Ekiti and Chairman National Association of Nigeria Students (NANS) Ekiti State Chapter, during and after his tenure as a chairman,he also appointed as Member Petroleum Task Force,Ekiti State,to representing Nigeria Students across the state where he serve meritoriously well as a Student Leader.
What is Leadership?
As part of the research made, “The Future Leader,” I have gathered so many points around the world and asked them each to define leadership. Many people struggled or had to pause to think because it’s a word we use so frequently without really defining.
We take the concept of leadership for granted and assume that we all know what leadership is and what a great leader looks like.
I found their definitions, their answers ran the gamut. more than thousand of people, I didn’t receive a single duplicate response.
So by defined leadership as having and attain so many positions, like setting a vision or achieving goals for the Nigeria Students Other people focused on human qualities like empathy, humility or diversity.
Every answer was different, but they were each correct. Every leader has their own personal definition of leadership, which influences how they lead and their relationship with their fellow colleagues. The definition of leadership can also change as the leaders themselves change. With new leaders come new approaches to leadership, which it will make impacts among the Nigeria Students.
With this, Comr. Taiwo Owolewa which I strongly believe in his capacity of leadership, he will serve well,lead well by giving him the opportunity, he is Capable, Trust and his loyalty is second to none.
