Heritagenewsng reports, the Chairman, Sports Writers Association of Nigeria(SWAN) Ekiti State chapter has been commended by Mr Moses Etu, chairman of Warri Wolves Football Club for his innovative efforts at updating stakeholders with local sports news.
The chairman of the Delta State owned team said he was impressed with the regular update of sports news emanating from Ekiti State on in the media in recent time, urging him to keep up the tempo.
As he voluntarily supported the Ekiti State chapter of SWAN with cash donation, Mr Etu who was born and bred in Aramoko-Ekiti in Ekiti West local Government Area of Ekiti State to Delta parents said it gladdened his heart to read some of the great happenings in sports in Ekiti state especially on Ekiti United FC and other Sports.
He promised to do more in a bid to identify with his root, Ekiti where he began his football career as an administrator and also visit Aramoko-Ekiti whenever Warri Wolves visit the state for a league match , hopefully next season.
Mr Moses Etu was a former media officer of Warri Wolves before he was eventually named chairman of the Delta state football team.
