The Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria Without A Degree In Economics or Finance
Mallam Adamu Ciroma (1934-2018) was the only Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria without a degree in Economics or Finance.
He graduated with a degree in History from the University of Ibadan in 1961 and was appointed Governor of the apex bank by General Murtala Muhammed on September 24, 1975.
