Amaechi Tommy ..a graduate who sells pounded yam, palmwine and bushmeat under a shed along with Ado – Iworoko Road, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.
I know how to cook. I know how to pound. I am good at cooking traditional native soups.
I graduated from the University of Ibadan in Aqua Culture and fishery, searched for jobs in vain for three years.
Tried frenetically to access loan to set up a fish farm in vain also
Tired. Hopeless.
I looked inward.
Instead of running back to Ebonyi
I relocated to Ekiti State which is the home of pounded yam which I am good at.
Unable to find a house in Ado , got an offer in Ora and a piece of land beside the road along Iworoko – Ado Ekiti road , set up this and I have been happy.
Even, if I get a loan now to establish a fish farm , it it be for dried fish for sale and for my customer.
..Wale Ojo – Lanre and Dele Alagbon , Omoolope) having a nice time at Amechi’s roadside buka.
