Senator Cyril Fasuyi representing Ekiti North Senatorial District has condemned in strongest terms the ambush and attack on three Obas in Ipao to Oke Ako road that led to the gruesome murder of Kabiyesi Oba David Babatunde Ogunsakin , the Elesun of Esun Ekiti, Ikole Local Government and Kabiyesi Oba Olatunde Samuel Olusola, the Onimojo of Imojo Ekiti in Oye Local Government.
Senator Fasuyi says ” If our revered traditional rulers can be so gruesomely murdered by bandits and kidnappers, it shows that nobody is safe. This is one killing too many.
“The security agencies must be up to the task of securing the lives and properties of the citizens. No stone must be left unturned to apprehend the perpetrators of the heinous crime.”
The Senator commiserated with people of Esun Ekiti and Imojo Ekiti, Ekiti State traditional council and Ekiti State government.
