‘Pray for Nigeria’s peace and progress’ Fatoba Urges Muslims At Ramadan

As the Holy month of Ramadan commenced today, the House of Representatives member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency one, Hon. Fatoba Olusola Steve has urged Muslims to use the holy month to pray for Nigeria’s peace and progress.

The lawmaker made this call while felicitating with muslim faithfuls for witnessing another holy month of Ramadan.

Fatoba in a statement described Ramadan as an holy month that offers muslims the opportunity to move more closer to Almighty Allah.

He said, “I want to use this opportunity to congratulate all Muslim faithfuls in Ekiti state for witnessing another holy month of Ramadan. I rejoice with them for being alive to start this year’s fasting in sound health.

“As our muslim brothers and sisters begin this year’s fasting, I want to implore them to use the opportunity offered by this holy month to pray for Nigeria’s peace and progress”

On a final note, the lawmaker wished them happy fasting and more of it on earth.

“As Muslims observe another holy month of Ramadan, I wish them a month of bountiful blessings. Ramadan Mubarak” said Fatoba
