As the Custodian of Egunguns, Ado-Ekiti hosts the revered annual Egungun Festival, a spectacular display of colorful Masquerades, rhythmic drumming and enchanting dances.
During this sacred events, the City comes alive with spiritual energy as Devotees and Spectators gather to honour the Ancestors. The festival serves as a poignant reminder of the City’s rich cultural legacy and its role in perpetuating the sacred traditions of the Yoruba People.
