Nutrition: Take This Cereal To Gain Weight, If You Are An Adult

If you are an adult struggling to gain weight..please take this cereal with enough milk and thank me later

If your kids loves cereals do well to make this nutrient packed cereal or buy from people that sell them

You don’t need to add sugar to it…the tiger nut and dates are enough

Before you make it at home,make sure you have a very strong blender

2 cups of millet
2 cups of Guinea corn
2 cups of Yellow corn
1 cup of Oat
10 pieces of Dates
1/2 cup of Tigernut
1 cup of Groundnuts
1 cup of Rice

You can add more grains if you want
Soya beans,wheat etc
