The Founder of Opeyemi David Falegan Foundation, Hon. Opeyemi David Falegan has said that he finds joy in making Ekiti people happy always.
The Founder said this in a statement issued by himself recently.
He said the mission of his foundation is to impact positively in people’s lives and establish love among them.
Meanwhile the Founder added that, the next towns to benefit from the ongoing gas palliative are; Ipole, Iwaji, Itawure, Okemesi and Efon.
He promised to give all government workers in the area free cooking gas on Saturday 16th of November 2024.
Falegan said the foundation will continue the free cooking gas distribution on the said date at Efon.
He added that towns like, Emure, Ise- Ekiti, Orun, ikere, Odo, Ilawe, Ogotun, igbara Odo,Ikogosi have earlier benefitted in the program.
“Many residents of the area most especially federal , state and local government workers are expected to be at St. Paul Gas Station on Saturday 16th of November. Civil servants are asked to come out in numbers for the free cooking gas”he advised.
The Founder reminded Ekiti people that the exercise will be done in all the 16 local government area in the state.
The Philanthropist added that, he is happy to contribute his part to help ease the pains felt by Nigerians because of the hike in gas prices and economy challenges.
Falegan also said that, the gesture is to ameliorate the suffering of the citizens in the state.
The Founder added that, the distribution of free cooking gas is part of the foundation’s support to the good people of Ekiti in ameliorating the suffering of the people , he enjoined all civil servants to come to the venue with their valid official identity cards.
He urged every intending beneficiary to maintain peace and orderliness during the exercise, promising that, there will be law enforcement agents on ground to make the exercise a successful one.
He warned that those who has nothing to do with the exercise should stay away from the venue.
