…Urges Nigerians To Get Their PVCs

A group, BAAT Ideology Support Group, which is one of the numerous support groups that are daily drumming support for the presidential ambition of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to be realized come February, 2023, has assured Nigerians that the candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) will definitely take the nation out of the woods when he becomes Nigeria’s President.
Senator Tinubu on June 7, emerged the APC presidential standard bearer, after defeating other contestants at the presidential primary of the party which held at the Eagles Square in Abuja. Tinubu had polled a whooping, 1,271 to beat his closest rival, Amechi Chibuike Rotimi who polled 316 votes from the delegates.
The group in a statement made available to newsmen at the weekend and co-signed by its Director General (D.G), Hon. Mohammed Toheeb Owolabi, and General Secretary, Mr. Ibrahim Faleti, urged Nigerians to trust Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shetima , saying the duo’s admirable and shining antecedents as selfless and loving politicians, who delight more in making a huge success of so many others around them, are the best choice to lead the nation out of the woods from 2023.
Addressing Tinubu as the In-Coming President of Nigeria, and Shetima as his in-coming Vice-President, the group said: ” We want to urge our dear fellow Nigerians to trust our political leader, mentor, strategist per excellence and hero, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his amiable and indefatigable running mate Senator Kashim Shetima for these two are the best for the nation at this historic time in the history of our country.
” We make bold to say that the emergence of Tinubu and Shetima ticket is a well deserved one as the Asiwaju has paid his due with a most committed and patriotic zeal to make Nigeria a better place.
Tinubu has demonstrated that he has the capability and ability as well as the competence to lead Nigeria.
“For instance, Tinubu’s glorious antecedents as former governor of Lagos State and the brain behind the opposition APC’s merger with other political parties , which led to the breaking of the agelong jinx of defeating an incumbent President for the first time, are assurances that you will perform excellently well if allowed to lead our great country.
” On this note, we assure Nigerians that it is only Senator Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Shetima, that we need now to bring Nigeria out of the woods of the current challenging situation. Let us therefore join hands to massively vote for them as our next President and Vice-president.
“We equally urge Nigeians to ignore those drumming to the divisive music of unwholesome development about religion regarding the Muslim/Muslim ticket. Anyone who cares to know the duo of Tinubu and Shetima pretty well will attest to the fact that they love all Nigerians irrespective of religion or tribe and their precedents as leaders n various capacities have proven this assertion.
“Finally, we urge Nigerians to get their PVCs and resist the temptation to be left out in the all important task of participating actively in electing their next leader come February 2023. It is your right which you should exercise and the best you can do to fix Nigeria is to vote Asiwaju Tinubu and Senator Shetima, ” the group said.
