Meet The 4 New Service Chiefs Appointed By Tinubu; Their Photos, States
According to reports from Daily Trust Newspaper, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Monday night, sacked all service chiefs and replaced them with new ones.
However, in this article, I will be discussing about the four new service chiefs recently appointed by Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s government.
1. Air Vice Marshall Hassan Bala Abubakar (Kano State)
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu appointed Abubakar as the new Chief of Air Staff.
According to the Nigerian airforce website, H.B Abubakar hailed from Shanono Local Government Area of Kano State. He was admitted into Nigerian Airforce as a member of NDA RC 39 and commissioned Pilot Offr on 19th September, 1992.
2. Maj-Gen. Christopher Gwabin Musa (Kaduna)
Musa was among the four service chiefs appointed by Tinubu on Monday.
Musa, who hailed from Kaduna State, was appointed as the new Chief of Defense Staff by President Tinubu. According to Daily Trust, he was born in Sokoto State.
3. General Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja (Osun State)

Lagbaja is the new Chief of Army Staff replacing General Faruk Yahaya, who was appointed by Buhari in 2021.
According to Channel Television, Lagbaja was born in Ilobu, Irepodun Local Government Area of Osun State on 28th February, 1968.
4. Rear Admiral Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla (Enugu)

Ogalla is the new chief of Naval Staff replacing Rear Admiral Awwal Gambo, who was appointed by former President Muhammadu Bubari in 2021.
According to Channel Television, he was born on 20th December 1968 in Enugu Ezike, Igbo-Eze North Local Government Area of Enugu State.
