A 53-year-old pastor has impregnated 20 of his churchgoers, saying he did it mostly as a result of the holy spirit’s guidance.
In fact, Timothy Ngwu, the general overseer of the Vineyard Ministry of the Holy Trinity in Enugu, acknowledged doing the wrong thing but claimed he was under divine guidance.
The avowed pastor, who claimed to be a Christian, claimed that he was carrying out God’s instructions, according to a police PRO who commented on the matter.
The minister asserts that the Bible states “be fruitful and multiply” hence he obeyed the will of God which is to impregnate anyone chosen and irrespective of the lady’s marital status.
Later investigations also showed that the pastor’s wife was not pleased with his behavior and gave him over to law enforcement for handling.
