“How I Collaborated With My Mother To Kill My Younger Brother For My Yahoo Work”-Man Reveals
A 29-year-old man named Amos Olalere, who is known for engaging in fraudulent online activities, was caught by the Lagos State Police Command during a stop-and-search operation along Itamaga, Ikorodu Road.
During interrogation, he confessed that he had killed his younger sister in collaboration with his mother for the purpose of performing a money ritual.
According to the suspect, his mother took him to a herbalist who advised him that in order to achieve success in his “yahoo business,” he would need to sacrifice a life, specifically that of a sibling.
After several months of preparation, the suspect and his mother carried out the plan. The mother purchased poison, which she used to lace the victim’s food, and the victim was later found dead.
In her words; “My mother took me to a herbalist who told me if I want to be successful in the yahoo business, I will have to sacrifice one life and that person must be my sister which ilove so much.”
The herbalist had given specific instructions for the ritual, which included the suspect sleeping with his sister, performing oral sex on her after she had died, and then throwing her body into a river. The suspect and his mother were on their way to dispose of the body when they were arrested by the police.
The suspect’s confession revealed a disturbing and gruesome crime, as well as the dangerous lengths to which some individuals may go to achieve financial success.
The incident highlights the need for authorities to remain vigilant in their efforts to combat criminal activity and for communities to remain vigilant and report any suspicious behavior.
