Member, House of Representatives, Oluyole Federal Constituency, Oyo State, Hon Tolulope Akande-Sadipe rounded off the year with multiple empowerment programmes for her Constituents.
Tolulope, popularly known as ” Imole Oluyole ” is of candid belief that the empowered Constituent is an individual who has acquired knowledge, skill, desire, and opportunity to personally succeed in a way that leads to success and financial freedom.
The empowerment programmes, which were held in succession at various locations within Oluyole Federal Constituency, and the 28th grand finale of which was held at Mount Pleasant Events Centre, Podo, Ibadan had Dr Oke Aruleba, a university don, as the facilitator.
The theme of the Entrepreneurial training given by Aruleba to the beneficiaries of the empowerment programme was “20 Reasons Every Entrepreneur Fails to Count His First Millions.”
Listed among the reasons were : partial disconnect from God, failure to imbibe useful lessons from the concept of raindrops, parasitic and rent mentality syndrome, inability to earn customers’ trust via loyalty and ability to delight them, financial indiscipline as well as lack of essential skills and strategies for wealth creation and management.
The empowerment programme was rounded off on a happy note with the presentation of cash gifts to 150 Constituents and various entrepreneurial tools such as Sewing Machines, Grinding Machines and Deep Freezers for her Constituents
