HIV+ Woman Reveals List of Men She Slept With Without Protection

Social media users were left at a complete loss for words when an HIV positive South African admitted to purposefully sleeping with numerous different men.

Using a fake account, I an attempt to remain anonymous, she confessed to a popular Instagram gossip page, Cape Town Unfiltered. She revealed all the names of the men she slept with.

She wrote, “I have been sleeping with men, without using protection, and I am HIV positive. Some are married and some are in serious relationships.

They are mostly Nigerians but there are some South African guys. I don’t regret it because they ask to remove the condom and I clocked out of life a long time ago.”

Conduct which complies with the definitional elements of a crime, is not necessarily unlawful if it can be justified in law.

For example, the definitional elements of murder are the intentional killing of another human being.

However, a person cannot be found guilty of murder if he/she kills somebody in self-defence as their conduct will be justified and thus not unlawful.

It is very difficult, however, to contemplate a scenario in which infecting another person with HIV intentionally (or perhaps even negligently) would be considered justifiable in law.
