A political pressure group in Ekiti State, Ekiti North Agenda Organization (ENAO), has endorsed and called on All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart, Chief Segun Ajibulu, to represent his people at the National Assembly, come 2023.

The group, in a statement jointly signed by its Chairman and Secretary, Chief Raphael Agbana and Samuel Babalola, respectively, said it is high time Ajibulu came out to offer legislative service to the people of the senatorial district at the nation’s upper chamber.

The group, rising from an emergency meeting in Ikole Ekiti, resolved that it is time for Ikole Local Council to represent the northern senatorial district at the senate and that Ajibulu is their choice.

They expressed confidence in the ability of Ajibulu, a one time Commissioner at the state’s pension commission, to deliver the goods, noting that he has all it takes to represent them adequately at the senate chamber, Abuja.

Agbana said: “Ajibulu is a reliable, trustworthy, accessible, generous and well grounded member of our party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) and he has laboured for the party so assiduously in the past, hence the ripe time for him is now, to reap his loyalty to the APC.

“Here is a man who has been selflessly awarding Schoolarship to students across the 16 local government of the state even when not contemplating to contest in elections. He has been generously giving food to widows and widowers and offering cash to the needy.

We believe that if given the opportunity to represent us at the  National Assembly as Senator for Ekiti North Senatorial District, he will perform to the satisfaction of his party. He will not disappoint his people and he will not let us down

“It is on this note that we are calling on Chief Ajibulu to heed his people’s call and surrender himself for the service to his people for this lofty leadership task.”
