Gov. Oyebanji Is Committed To Improving Work Environment of His Workforce -Aduloju

Senior Special Assistant to the Ekiti State Governor on special duties, Hon Olufemi Aduloju has reiterated the commitment of governor Oyebanji to creating a conducive environment for his workforce without bias because he understands the system well haven grown from same system.

Hon.Aduloju made the statement on Monday in Ado Ekiti when he paid a courtesy visit on the management team led by the General Manager of both the radio and television department of the Broadcasting Service of Ekiti State (BSES),Mr Olu Popoola.

Hon. Aduloju who described the station as his Alma matta while speaking revealed that he is aware of the challenges in the station haven worked there for 13 years between 2000 and 2013 but assured the management that the governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji’s administration is known for his moves to make sure people working for him enjoy what they do by making sure the environment is conducive enough for them to work as it is a catalyst for efficiency and productivity.

He explained that the recent distribution of official vehicles for heads of local government administration’s HLAs and education secretaries is a testimony of his commitment to the welfare and environment of his workforce.

He said that the recent approval for the reconnection of the broadcast station to the national grid further proves his sincer desire to make the station a standard one and bring back it’s lost glory.

Aduloju who however expressed dissatisfaction with the station not broadcasting fully as supposed to owing to lots of challenges assured the management that the governor will give approval to their requests because hee understands the pivotal roles the broadcast station plays as the bridge between government and the people.

Responding, the general manager of the corporation Mr. Olu Popoola who commended the senior special Assistant on the visit and by extension the Ekiti State Governor Mr Biodun Oyebanji on the various inputs in the development of the corporation especially the approval given for it’s reconnection to the national grid however appealed to the governor to finalize the process so that full broadcast will commence henceforth.

While taking the Senior Special Assistant,hon Aduloju on an on the spot assessment round the broadcast station, Mr Popoola said the management had also taken extra measures to make sure the station does not shutdown completely owing to the challenges ranging from obsolete production equipment,inadequate human resources, lack of functional shift buses and official vehicles.

While reiterating the resolution of the management and staff of the broadcast station to projecting the aims and visions of the governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji’s administration,Mr Popoola solicited for an urgent attention to their requests.

The various departments the senior special Assistant, hon Aduloju was taken through include the administrative office, newsroom, studio and the editing suite.
