Yesterday, Governor Oyebanji extended financial support to widows and brother of three RTEAN members who lost their lives in an attack at a rally the association organized in support of the All Progressives Congress in Oye Local Government during the 2022 Governorship election campaign.
The deceased ; Gbenga Balogun , Ajayi Tope and Jimoh Omotuyi were members of Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) Ekiti State Chapter and strong supporters of the APC.
Though no measure can quantify their invaluable contributions, it is imperative to ensure the well-being of the families they left behind .
Receiving the financial support, Mrs Balogun Bosede ,Mrs Ajayi Ayodele and Mr Omotuyi Kehinde thanked Governor Oyebanji for not forgetting the families of the deceased while also appreciating the leadership of the RTEAN in Ekiti State for always reaching out to the families on behalf of Mr Governor.
Governor Oyebanji remains committed to supporting these families as they navigate their entrepreneurial endeavors.
