Fatoba Congratulates New NASS Leaders: Abass, Akpabio
The House of Representatives member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1, Hon. Fatoba Olusola Steve has congratulated the former Governor of Akwa Ibom state, Senator Godswill Akpabio on his emergence as Senate President and the new Speaker of House of Representatives, Rt Hon. Tajudeen Abass.
Fatoba in a statement in Abuja described the emergence of Akpabio and Abass as a welcome development. He expressed no doubt that both chambers of the legislative arm would record a huge success under the new leadership.
He said, “it is with pleasure that I am using this medium to congratulate the new Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Godswill Akpabio and the Speaker of House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abass PhD. Your emergence is a welcome development and there is no doubt that under your watch, the 10th National Assembly would record a huge success”
The second term lawmaker furthered in his statement by wishing the Senate president and the Speaker a successful tenure in office.
