Governorship candidate of the Action Democratic Party, ADP during the 2022 Gubernatorial poll in Ekiti state, Erelu kemi Elebute-Halle has sent greetings to Muslims faithfuls at Ramadan.
The ADP chieftain in her Ramadan message to her people in the state stated that, “I will like to send my warmest greetings to all Muslims observing the month of Ramadan from this week onwards.
‘From my understanding of this period, it is a month of reflection and a chance to come together in the spirit of understanding and compassion.
“In these challenging times, my thoughts are with you my people, the Muslims residents in Ekiti, particularly those facing one challenge or the other. Let us take inspiration from this holy month to build a more equitable world for all.
“Ramadan is not just about fasting, it is much more than that, it is a time when Muslims to purify their souls, embrace self-discipline and sacrifice to help others who are less fortunate or in one difficulties or the other. I therefore wish you successful and blessed month. Ramadan Kareem to you all.” Erelu added.
