Ekiti United Football club will tomorrow (monday December 6) get involved in their first pre-season tournament.
The tournament tagged Olukismet Super 8 Pre-season Scouting Tournament will feature 8 teams including Alo FC, Galacticos FC, Holummy Boys FC, Wondet Xchange FC, 36 Lions FC, Diadem FC, the host team , Olukismet FC and Ekiti United FC.
United will kick off its first match at 10 am tomorrow at University of Education Sports Pavilion.
Ekiti United second match is against Wonder Xchange FC on Tuesday while the third match is against Holummy Boys FC.
The tournament is expected to help Ekiti United coaching crew headed by Coach Kayode Olujohungbe to assess the potential players of the team more closely through a competitive tournament.
Coach Kay told EUfc Media that the players were still being monitored to ensure their abilities to fit into the vision and philosophy of the team in the 2022 NNL season.
The coach also said the tournament would provide and avenue for the players who are desirous to join Ekiti United to prove themselves.
